Pouches

My cousin gave me a sewing machine a couple of months ago and had just started trying my hands on sewing these cute pouches with some Japanese cloth that I bought recently. The inside of the pouch are all nice lined with matching cloth.
Sold some to my friends recently. Now working on some bigger bags with the same materials which I will be posting in the next few days.

Sushi Sushi

Tried to make some sushi for lunch with my neighbour Rincy. It's pretty easy just need to add some salt, sugar and vinegar into the rice before cooking them then wait for the rice to cool then we can start rolling them into rolls.
We also used the bear and rabbit mould to mould some cute sushi for kids. The outcome was pretty good and we had a yummy yummy sushi lunch.

Yellow Love Card

Another Yellow card I made using the new Magnolia "Chasing Butterflies Collections". Love their new collections. I used copic marker to colour this image and with some patterned paper and button and yellow card stock to complete this simple card.

Papierhouse Yellow Challenge

I supposed to post this card earlier cos I did this card before my dad pass on. It is for Papierhouse April Yellow Challenge which will end in the next few days time. This is a digital stamp from "The Greeting Farm" which I print from my HP printer and used my copic markers to colour this digital stamp.

Sorry for not posting since March it's becos I was terribly upset by the sudden passing of my wonderful dad. Although we know he had gone to a better place Heaven but it's hard to accept when someone left you so suddenly.

He has been a wonderful husband to mom and a very suppportive dad to me and we will miss him dearly.

P.S. I Love You

I used 2 new stamps from Magnolia to complete this card. It's a simple and sweet "P.S. I Love You" card. The patterned paper is from DCWV. Ribbon from a local ribbon store and the little mushroom peg from Daiso ~ they have lots of interesting embellishment that we can use and it's only $2 per packet so value for money.

Yesterday my friend Diana came over to learn how to sew a teddy bear and I showed her how I make my cards and she is also loving all the Magnolia stamps that I've got that's she is also going to pick up this interesting craft. Saw the latest Magnolia Easter collection and they are all so yummy think I'll order some today.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.

Altered Clock Using Magnolia Stamp

It's another wet wet afternoon here is sunny Singapore. Spend my afternoon at home and decided to alter this round Ikea wall clock which I bought 2 weeks ago. I've also bought several other stuff for altering but decided to start on this project first.
I used lots of buttons and patterned papers from Blueyedezines and a stamped image of my favourite Magnolia. I think I am crazy over them they are all so cute.
Hope tomorrow will not be another raining day! :)
